    History Mountain Lake 1878 p. 12: baptized by Franz Goerz. Mountain Lake 1878 p. 12: married by Aron Penner. Lived on sec. 5, Mountain Lake Township, Cottonwood Co. The 1835 census calls him Heinrich Georg where he is listed at Friedensdorf #1. The entry says he moved to Gnadenthal? (likely actually Gnadenheim) in 1845. He immigrated from Gnadenheim per the Hamburg departure lists. One record says he died 19 Apr 1885. Although he was a US resident, he was touring in the Molotschna at the time of his death.
