      This Indenture made the Twenty Sixth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty seven, Between Alexander Reid of Murray Harbour North Township number sixty three in Kings County, Farmer, son of John Reid, deceased of the first part; Ann Reid of the same place, Spinster, daughter of the said John Reid of the second part; James Reid of Peter's Road Lot Sixty three, Farmer, another son of the said John Reid and Nancy his wife of the third part; Jane Irving of Murray Harbour South, widow of the late William Irving and daughter of the said John Reid of the fourth part; Charles H. Llewellyn of Gaspereaux in Kings County, Farmer and Catherine his wife, said Catherine being a daughter of the said John Reid of the fifth part; Janet Reid of Murray Harbour North, Spinster, another daughter of the said John Reid of the sixth part; and John Reid of Murray Harbour North aforesaid Farmer of the seventh part. Witnesseth that in consideration of the sum of One dollar paid by the party of the seventh part to each of the other parties hereto and of the further sums paid by him to some others of them as will appear from the receipts annexed to this deed if any such further sums have been required the said parties of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth parts for each of said parties severally and not jointly nor the one for or with the others or other of them, that is to say the said Alexander Reid, Ann Reid, James Reid and Nancy his wife, Jane Irving, Charles H. Llewellyn and Catherine his wife, and Janet Reid have severally and respectively granted, aliened, released and confirmed, and by these presents do severally and respectively grant, alien, release and confirm unto the said John Reid, his Heirs and Assigns, all that tract, piece or parcel of land situate on Township number sixty three aforesaid bounded as follows: that is to say commencing on the shore of the Straits of Northumberland in the Northeast corner of the farm of land in the possession of James M. Dalziel and running thence Westwardly along said James M. Dalziel's Northern line a distance of about ninety chains or to land formerly in possession of James M. Dalziel and now in possession of William Reid, son of Alexander Reid, the line now described being one of the side lines of the land or farm hereby released and the other or Northern side line commencing on the said shore at the Southeast angle of land in the possession of William McKay and running from thence Westwardly along said William McKay's Southern Line a distance of about eighty chains or to the said land formerly in possession of James M. Dalziel and now in possession of said William Reid, and the rear of the farm now being described being bounded by a Straight line connecting the ends or termini of the side lines above described and which land or farm hereby released or intended so to be is bounded to the Northward by William McKay's farm, to the Southward by James M. Dalziel's land, to the Eastward by the Straits of Northumberland and to the Westward or rear by the said farm formerly in possession of James M. Dalziel and now in possession of said William Reid, and having a width of about eleven chains and sixty links and containing an area of One hundred acres be the same a little more or less, together with all and every the rights, privileges, easements, advantages and appurtenances whatsoever to the said hereditaments belonging or in anywise appertaining or thereunto now or heretofore holden, used, occupied or enjoyed, to have and to hold the said messuages and tenements, lands and hereditaments and all and singular other the premises herein before described or granted and released or expressed or intended so to be and every part thereof unto the use of the said John Reid, the party hereto of the seventh part, his Heir and Assigns, freed and discharged from any estate claim, right, interest, servitudes or easements of the parties of the first part or of any one, two or more of them. And the said Nancy Reid, wife of the said James Reid, doth hereby release all her estate dower and right of dower in the said described land and the said Catherine Llewellyn, wife of the said Charles H. Llewellyn doth hereby release all her estate dower and right of dower in the said described land. These presents further Witness that upon any one of the parties hereto executing these presents, the conveyance and release hereby made or intended so to be shall become effectual notwithstanding that any or other of the parties hereto may not have signed the same. In Witness Whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto set their hands and seals on the day and year first above written.
      Signed, Sealed and Delivered — the words "servitudes", "any" so to be shall having been first interlined on the third page, and the word Westward in the description having been first written over an erasure on the second page by the said Ann Reid, Janet Reid, Jane Irving, James Reid, Ann Reid his wife, C. H. Llewellyn, Catherine his wife in the presence of me, James Clow.

      Know all man by these presents that we the Heirs of Charlotte Machon, wife of Wm. Machon, White Sands, Lot or Township number Sixty four in Kings County, both being now deceased, said Charlotte Machon being one of the daughters of the late John Reid Senr and We as Heirs of the said Charlotte Machon in consideration of the sum of One dollar to as paid by John Reid Junr of Murray Harbour North, Lot 63 & County aforesaid, the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, do hereby grant, demise, release and forever quit Claim unto the said John Reid Junr, his Heirs and Assigns the following farm of land containing One hundred Acres, a little more or less, and has been always known as John Reid Senr farm and which is more particularly described in a deed from Ann Reid & others to John Reid Junr bearing date February 26th 1887 together with all the rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appurtaining, To have and To hold the above released premises to the said John Reid Junr, his Heirs & Assigns to his & their use and behoof forever. In Witness whereof we have hereunto each for ourselves set our hands and seals this third day of March One thousand eight hundred & eighty seven.

      This Indenture made the third day of March in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and eighty seven, Between George Graham of Murray Harbour North Township No. 63 in Kings County, Farmer, and Charlotte his wife (she being a daughter of one of the heirs of the late John Reid, deceased, her mother being Elizabeth, daughter of said John Reid and now deceased of the first part) & John G. Graham, Husband of another daughter of Elizabeth, who is also deceased on behalf of his Heirs of the second part and John Reid of Murray Harbour North aforesaid, Farmer of the third part. Witnesseth that in consideration of the sum of One dollar paid by the party of the third part to each of the other parties hereto the said parties of the first and second parts for each of said parties severally and not jointly nor the one for the other that is to say the said George Graham & Charlotte his wife and John G. Graham for his Heirs have severally and respectively granted, aliened, released and confirmed and by these presents do severally and respectively grant, alien, release and confirm unto the said John Reid, his Heirs and Assigns, all that tract, piece or parcel of land known as John Reid's farm and containing One hundred acres a little more or less together with all & every the rights, privileges, easements, advantages and appurtenances whatsoever to the said hereditaments belonging or in anywise appertaining thereunto now or heretofore holden, used, occupied or enjoyed, To have and To hold the said lands and tenements and all & singular other the premises described more particularly in a deed from Ann Reid & others to the said John Reid dated Feb. 26/87 and every part thereof unto the use of the said John Reid the party of the third part, his Heirs & Assigns, freed and discharged from any estate claim, servitudes or easement of the parties of the first & second part, etc. In Witness Whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto set their hands and seals on the day and year first above written.
