Katharina transferred her membership from the West Reserve Bergthal Church to the Sommerfeld Church (West Reserve Bergthal Church Register No.1, p.358). Joined Bergthal Church in 1902. In the Bergthal Gemeinde Buch on p. 140 she is said to have been a foster child of Daniel Enns (b. 30 Aug 1826) #265757. Her death seems to be in Manitoba Vitals as Katharina Nikkel died 21 Oct 1929, Rural Municipality of Rhineland.
